At its heart is juicy harissa-marinated chicken, oven-baked to develop a deep, aromatic heat. The harissa, a bold blend of chilli, garlic, and warm spices, infuses the chicken with layers of flavour that are both fiery and earthy, creating a rich foundation for the dish.
