We do not give refunds for change of mind, but we may be able to correct any errors in the order process prior to shipment. Please ensure all surcharges are paid when ordering from our premium range (such as Lamb and Salmon selections which apply a surcharge), otherwise your original selection will be substituted for another meal.
We make menu changes weekly. If the item you have ordered is no longer available, it will be substituted with the newly added item. If you would prefer specific substitutions in the event of a menu change, kindly leave a note in the notes section of your order advising of such. Our team will them ensure a suitable change is made for you.
If the meal you receive is different to what you purchased online, is damaged, or is otherwise not as expected, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss further options.
By selecting "subscribe & save" when checking out, you have authorised Mr Meals to make recurring charges using the payment method provided. This recurring order can be cancelled at anytime you wish by sending us an email at email@example.com. You can cancel your recurring order at any time. However, please note that any payments already taken from your account for processed orders cannot be cancelled and will not be refunded.
Please note that when ordering a meal plan, it is essential to select your meals before adding them to your cart. If you fail to do so, a randomised selection of meals will be sent to you as you have not specified your preferences.
We will always do our best to accommodate your order for the next closest delivery day. Orders placed between the hours of 12am-2:00pm may be added to the closest available delivery date for your convenience. Otherwise, your order will arrive the next following delivery date. If you intend to receive your meals on a specific delivery day, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by leaving a note advising of such in the "Notes" section of your order. Please note that we do not deliver outside standard delivery dates.
Once delivered, the ice packs in the box allows your parcel to be left in a shaded area for up to 5-7 hours (this may change based on weather temperature). Mr Meals Pty Ltd will not be liable for any damage to the product if left outside for extended periods of time nor if box is damaged or stolen after delivery. Once your box is delivered, you should unpack it at your earliest convenience and place the contents in your refrigerator. If you are not home at time of delivery we will leave the order at the front door or in an area specified by you in the instructions when placing your order.
Prior to ordering any products from Mr Meals it is important to note that our meals are made fresh to order, are preservative free and have a maximum shelf life of 5 days. We do not recommend freezing any of our meals.
Prior to ordering any products from Mr Meals it is important to note that we deliver all orders across two batches throughout the week (on both Tuesday and Friday). With Tuesday menu selections delivered on Tuesday and Friday menu selections delivered on Friday. This applies to meals, snack items (including muffins, brownies, protein balls and soups), breakfast items and salads. The relevant delivery day can be found in the item description of each item.
Prior to ordering any products from Mr Meals it is important to note that we cannot accomodate for any specific dietary requests or changes to meal items due to the high volume of orders processed.
To change your delivery address, you must contact us at email@example.com at least 48hrs prior to the day of delivery with you full name, order number and the requested change.
Prior to consuming any products from Mr Meals it is important to note that we make a variety of dishes in our kitchen. We cannot guarantee any products sold on our website are completely free from any allergen such as eggs, fish, milk, peanuts, sesame, crustaceans, soy, nuts, tree nuts, gluten, lupin and sulphites.
Although we purchase all our chicken, meat and fish boneless, our supplier cannot guarantee the 100% removal of all bones. So, we do advise caution when consuming the meals as they MAY contain bones.
Our meals are made fresh daily in our own kitchen. We always aim for precision, but please allow for a 5g to 10g discrepancy in the actual weight of the meals, and reasonable variance in ingredient and nutrient quantities.
