1. Order Accuracy & Changes
Please contact us immediately if you believe an error was made when placing your order. While we do not offer refunds for change of mind, we may be able to correct genuine order mistakes before your order is shipped.
Please ensure all required surcharges are paid when ordering from premium items (including Lamb and Salmon). If a surcharge is not paid, your selection will be substituted for an alternative meal.
2. Weekly Menu Changes & Substitutions
Our menu changes weekly. If an item you ordered is no longer available, it will be substituted with the newly added item.
If you prefer specific substitutions, please leave instructions in the “Notes” section of your order. Our team will ensure a suitable alternative is provided.
3. Incorrect, Damaged, or Unexpected Items
If your meal is different from what you selected, arrives damaged, or is otherwise not as expected, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and offer appropriate options.
4. Subscription Terms
By selecting “subscribe & save” at checkout, you authorise Mr Meals to charge your nominated payment method on a recurring basis.
You may cancel at any time by emailing us.
Please note:
Payments already processed for active/ongoing orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
5. Meal Plan Selections
When purchasing a meal plan, you must select your meals before adding the plan to your cart.
If no selections are made, a randomised assortment of meals will be sent.
6. Delivery Schedule & Cut-Offs
We will always do our best to allocate orders to the earliest available delivery date.
Orders placed between 12:00am–9:00pm may be automatically assigned to the next available delivery day for your convenience.
If you require delivery on a specific day, please email us or leave a note when placing your order.
We do not deliver outside our standard Tuesday/Friday schedule.
7. Delivery Conditions
Deliveries occur between 5:00am–5:30pm.
We cannot guarantee or accept requests for specific delivery timeframes.
Once delivered, insulated packaging keeps meals cool for approximately 4-6 hours in shaded conditions (weather-dependent).
Mr Meals Pty Ltd is not liable for:

Spoilage due to extended time outside refrigeration

Damage caused after delivery

Theft of unattended parcels
If you are not home, your order will be left at your door or in the location specified in your delivery instructions.
8. Freshness, Shelf Life & Freezing
Meals are made fresh, preservative-free, and have a maximum shelf life of 5 days.
We do not recommend freezing our meals.
9. Delivery Days
We deliver in two batches per week — Tuesday and Friday.
Tuesday selections deliver Tuesday; Friday selections deliver Friday.

The delivery day is listed on each product page.
10. Dietary Requests & Customisations
Due to the high volume of orders, we are unable to accommodate:

Ingredient exclusions

Custom dietary modifications

Special preparation requests
11. Address Changes
To update your delivery address, please email us at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery with your full name, order number, and new address.
12. Allergens & Cross-Contamination
Our kitchen prepares a wide variety of meals containing common allergens.
We cannot guarantee that any product is free from:
eggs, fish, milk, peanuts, sesame, crustaceans, soy, nuts, tree nuts, gluten, lupin, or sulphites.
If you have a serious allergy, we strongly advise not to purchase from Mr Meals.
Due to supplier shortages, meal ingredients may occasionally be substituted without notice.
13. Bones in Meat & Fish
Although all chicken, meat, and fish are purchased boneless, our suppliers cannot guarantee the complete removal of all bones.
Caution is advised as meals may contain bones.
14. Weight & Nutritional Variations
All meals are prepared fresh. Please allow for:

A 5–10g variance in meal weight

Reasonable variations in ingredient quantities

Minor fluctuations in nutritional values
15. Liability Disclaimer
Mr Meals is not responsible for:

Improper food storage by the customer

Spoilage due to delayed refrigeration

Illness caused by incorrect handling or consumption

Loss or damage of parcels after delivery

Financial loss or physical damages of any kind
