Meals

How long will my meals last for?
Mr Meals’ meals should be consumed within 4 days after receiving, and have a maximum shelf life in the fridge of 5 days. Always check food labels and consume before the use by/expiration date. We do not recommend freezing any of our meals, as they do not contain any preservatives.
How do the meals stay fresh?
Mr Meals only sources and supplies the freshest and highest quality ingredients, which are then prepared, packaged and delivered within a 24-hour time period. Meals are sealed in leak-proof and airtight containers, protecting against any potential oxidation, allowing the products to naturally stay in the freshest condition.
Is Mr Meals Halal?
All our meals are 100% Halal. No pork products or any of it's derivatives enter our kitchen. We also do not use any alcohol or animal rennet in any of our meals.
I have food allergies?!
All meals are prepared in a kitchen whose environment contains eggs, fish, milk, sesame, soy, nuts, tree nuts, gluten, sulphites and lupin. Though best practices are used in preparing the meal, inadvertent cross-contamination may occur. We cannot guarantee the complete absence of these allergens. Mr Meals does not advise the consumption of it's meal should you have any allergies.
Do MrMeals cater for specific dietary requirements?
Our meals are prepared and packaged as described on our website. Special dietary needs or requests for custom ingredients or meals are unable to be prearranged or ordered.

Ordering

Is there a minimum order?
There is a minimum cart value of $80.00 per order.
When do I have to order by & when is delivery?
Please order before our cut off days. Order cut off is by 11:59pm Saturday, to receive your meals on Tuesday. Order cut off is by 11:59pm Tuesday, to receive your meals on Friday.
What time will my order be delivered?
Deliveries for NSW are on Tuesday and Friday between 8:00am-5:30pm.
Do I need to sign up to a contract?
We have a no lock-in contract policy where you can order weekly or whenever you like at your leisure.
What happens if I place an order after cut off?
We will always do our best to accommodate your order for the next closest delivery day. Otherwise your order will arrive the next following delivery date. Please note that we do not deliver outside standard delivery dates.

Payment

What if my payment is declined?
We will be unable to process your order if your account has insufficient funds. Mr Meals accepts no responsibility for any fee charges for overdrawn accounts. Please check with your financial institution.

Where does Mr Meals deliver?

How much is delivery?
Delivery fee begins from $13.95 (this fee is location dependant and increases with the increase in distance from our kitchen). This fee covers the cost of two deliveries per week.
When do I have to order by & when is delivery?
Please order before our cut off times. Order cut off is 11:59pm Saturday to receive your meals on Tuesday. Order cut off is by 11:59pm Tuesday to receive your meals on Friday.
What time will my order be delivered?
Deliveries for NSW customers begin from 8am. On the day of delivery, you will receive an email including all related tracking and delivery information- be sure to check your junk folder also!
Do I need to be home to receive delivery?
You will not need to be home to receive your delivery. We provide your meals in an insulated cooler bag, with a gel ice pack, holding your products cool up to 5-6 hours. Your delivery will generally be left safely at your front door, unless advised otherwise specifically in the delivery notes section before checkout.
What if I live in a gated complex or high-rise building?
Please leave specific delivery notes with instructions on entering the complex in the notes section at checkout, be sure to include unit codes or bell, or alternately we can leave your order at the reception or concierge.
Can I pick up my order directly from MrMeals?
Sorry. This service is not currently offered.
I didn’t receive exactly what I ordered.
Please email us at admin@mrmeals.com.au if there are any issues with the order you’ve received. New meal options will be available every week, if you are missing an item you ordered; it may no longer be available and will be substituted with a suitable meal.
