How long will my meals last for?
MrMeals’ meals should be consumed within 5 days after receiving, and have a maximum shelf life in the fridge of 5 days. Always check food labels and consume before the use by/expiration date.
How do the meals stay fresh?
MrMeals only sources and supplies the freshest and highest quality ingredients, which are then prepared, packaged and delivered within a 24-hour time period. Meals are sealed in leak-proof and airtight containers, protecting against any potential oxidation, allowing the products to naturally stay in the freshest condition. The specialised black meal container minimises the amount of light entering the product, also slowing down the aging process. Containers are also microwave, freezer and dishwasher friendly and BPA free.
Can I freeze my MrMeals’ meals?
We advise that your meals are ideally consumed fresh, while they hold the highest dietary qualities. However, if you are in a situation where you cannot consume them, meals may be frozen (for no loner than a fortnight) for later consumption.
What happens if I have food allergies?
We recommend that you please check each meal ingredient and food labels thoroughly before ordering or consumption. Milk, egg and nut products may still be present in meals as all our products are produced in the same kitchen. For all allergy-food inquires, email us at admin@mrmeals.com.au
Do MrMeals cater for specific dietary requirements?
Our meals are prepared and packaged as described on our website. Special dietary needs or requests for custom ingredients or meals are unable to be prearranged or ordered.


Is there a minimum order?
As MrMeals is a premium meal delivery service, we have a minimum spend of $50 per order, to facilitate home delivery with no contracts
When do I have to order by & when is delivery?
Please order before our cut off days. Order cut off is by 6pm Saturday, to receive your meals for Monday (delivered), Tuesday, and Wednesday. Order cut off is by 6pm Tuesday, to receive your meals for Thursday (delivered), Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
What time will my order be delivered?
Deliveries for NSW are on Monday and Thursday between 10:30am-4pm.
Do I need to sign up to a contract?
We have a no lock-in contract policy where you can order weekly or whenever you like at your leisure.
What happens if I place an order after cut off?
We will always do our best to accommodate your order for the next closest delivery day. Otherwise your order will arrive the next following delivery date. Please note that we do not deliver outside standard delivery dates.


What if my payment is declined?
We will be unable to process your order if your account has insufficient funds. Please be aware MrMeals accepts no responsibility for any fee charges for overdrawn accounts. Please check with your financial institution.

How much is delivery?
Delivery fee is $7.99. This covers the cost of two deliveries per week.

Do I need to be home to receive delivery?
You will not need to be home to receive your delivery. We provide your meals in an insulated cooler bag, with a gel ice pack, holding your products cool up to 5-6 hours. Your delivery will generally be left at your front door, unless advised (by customers)specifically in delivery notes before checkout.
What if I live in a gated complex or high-rise building?
Please leave specific delivery notes with instructions on entering the complex, such as a unit codes or bell, or alternately we can leave your order at the reception/concierge.
Can I pick up my order directly from MrMeals?
Sorry. This service is not currently offered.
