Refund & Liability Policy
You’ll find a wide variety of meals to choose from. Please review your selections carefully before completing your order. Once your order is placed, we encourage you to double-check your meal plan and contact us immediately if an error has been made. While we do not offer refunds for change of mind or general dissatisfaction, we may be able to amend genuine ordering mistakes before your order is dispatched.
If the meal you receive is different to what you ordered, arrives damaged, or is otherwise not as expected, please email us at us so we can review the issue and discuss available options.
This refund policy does not apply to products that have been opened, used, altered, damaged after delivery, or otherwise not returned in their original condition.
If you receive a delivery in error, you must notify us within 24 hours so we can arrange a collection.
Failure to contact us within this timeframe will be considered acceptance of the delivery, and you will be charged accordingly.
Mr Meals will issue a refund only where a confirmed error has occurred on our end and you have been incorrectly charged.
Customers are responsible for all costs associated with the refusal or return of any order to our kitchen.
Failure to adhere to these terms and conditions may result in the forfeiture of any refund or credit.
Mr Meals accepts no liability for any financial loss or physical damages of any kind.
Limitation of Liability: Food Storage
MR MEALS ACCEPTS NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, OR ILLNESS ARISING FROM THE CUSTOMER’S FAILURE TO REFRIGERATE, FREEZE, OR STORE FOOD IN A SAFE AND APPROPRIATE MANNER. CUSTOMERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CORRECT STORAGE, HANDLING, AND CONSUMPTION OF THEIR MEALS. MR MEALS IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY FOOD-BORNE ILLNESS RESULTING FROM IMPROPER STORAGE OR HANDLING.
All meals are delivered fresh in insulated boxes with ice packs and are left at your door or in a secure location according to your delivery instructions. These boxes keep meals cool for approximately 4–6 hours in shaded conditions, depending on weather.
We strongly recommend placing your meals in the fridge or freezer as soon as possible after delivery.
