Refund policy

You have a wide variety of meals to choose from so please order your meal plan carefully. After placing your order please review your meal plan and contact us immediately if a mistake has been made. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind, but we may be able to correct any errors in the order process prior to shipment. We do not give refunds if you are simply dissatisfied with your purchase.

If the meal you receive is different to what you purchased online, is damaged, or is otherwise not as expected, please email us at admin@mrmeals.com.au to discuss further options. See our terms of use for more information.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been opened, used or damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product.

If for any reason you receive a delivery in error, you must contact us by emailing: admin@mrmeals.com.au  within 24 hours to organise a delivery pick-up of that order.

Failure to contact Mr Meals within the designated time will deem the goods spoiled and your acceptance of the delivery, which you will be charged for.

Mr Meals will refund payment in the event that there is a confirmed error on our end and you have been incorrectly charged.

Customers bare all costs associated with the refusal and return of any order to our kitchen

Failure to adhere to the terms and conditions of Mr Meals will prohibit any refunds or credits being issued to the customer.

Mr Meals will not be held liable to any financial or physical damages of any kind.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: FOOD STORAGE

MR MEALS ACCEPTS NO LIABILITY, LOSSES NOR RESPONSIBILITY TO CUSTOMERS AND/OR USERS OF THIS WEBSITE, WHO DO NOT CORRECTLY REFRIGERATE, FREEZE OR OTHERWISE STORE THEIR FOOD IN A MANNER WHICH IS FIT FOR SAFE HUMAN CONSUMPTION. THE CUSTOMER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR PROPER STORAGE AND SAFEKEEPING OF THEIR MEALS. MR MEALS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FOOD POISONING THAT MAY OCCUR DUE TO IMPROPER FOOD HANDLING AND STORAGE.

All our meals are delivered fresh in a cooler bags or insulated boxes with ice packs at your front door step or in a secured location according to your delivery instructions. This keeps the meals cool for up to 6 hours in a shaded area. We recommend that you immediately place your meals into the fridge or freezer.
