The hero of the dish is our hand-rolled lamb kofta, made with premium lamb mince and seasoned with a fragrant mix of cumin, coriander, garlic, allspice and fresh herbs. Flame-grilled until lightly charred on the outside and juicy on the inside, the kofta offers deep, smoky flavour in every bite.
It’s served atop a bed of fluffy basmati rice, cooked with onion and infused with warming Lebanese spices like cinnamon, cardamom, and turmeric. The rice is subtly sweet and earthy, perfectly complementing the savoury richness of the lamb.
A vibrant hit of pickled red onion adds a tangy contrast that brightens the whole dish, while a generous drizzle of nutty, house-made tahini sauce brings it all together with creamy, earthy balance. Fresh herbs add the final flourish for a light, aromatic finish.
