
LAMB KOFTA BALLS WITH RICE ROASTED CAULIFLOWER CARROT AND HERB YOGHURT
A comforting, flavour-packed bowl inspired by the bold and aromatic flavours of the Middle East. Our Lamb Kofta Bowl brings together five tender lamb meatballs—seasoned with a fragrant blend of cumin, coriander, paprika and garlic—then oven-roasted until golden and juicy.
They sit atop a bed of fluffy white rice, the perfect neutral canvas to soak up all the flavour, alongside a generous serving of roasted cauliflower and carrot. The vegetables are lightly caramelised to bring out their natural sweetness, adding depth and balance to the dish.
To finish, everything is topped with a cool and creamy herb yoghurt drizzle made from thick Greek yoghurt, blended with freshly chopped coriander and parsley. The sauce adds a tangy, herbaceous lift that cuts through the richness of the kofta and ties the whole bowl together beautifully.
Finished with a sprinkle of fresh parsley for brightness, this dish delivers a perfect balance of savoury, earthy, and fresh — nourishing and deeply satisfying from the first bite to the last.
